'The Explorer' is by Katherine Rundell and it is an amazing book. The plot is unexpected, and twists and turns in every direction imaginable, but it is still well thought out. You don't want the book to end, and you can't put it down. There is so many amazing descriptions and detail that I got lost in the book and felt like I was there. My favourite character would probably be Con, as she is very sharp, and I like that. This book is one that I will read again and again, and I will never get bored of it.
